These high quality professional high pressure pumps are the the ideal solution for building reliable misting systems. With flow rates of 0.5 to 5 liters/min (0.1 to 1.3 US GPM) and a single-phase electric motor. These pumps feature components such as ceramic pistons, brass heads, and professional-grade seals, ensuring smooth operation and long-lasting reliability.
A built-in digital cyclic timer allows for easy adjustment of mist spray frequency. Leading to water and energy savings of up to 70% compared to standard systems. Safety is a top priority, which is why our SSC safety features automatically stop the pump in case of leaks, and the BPS internal drain system prevents water wastage during drain cycles and overheating.
For added flexibility, our pumps can be paired with VAR-VFD variable speed motors, allowing for independent misting lines and zones. Additionally, our HT versions come equipped with a built-in humidity and temperature controller, providing complete environmental control and hassle-free installation of humidification systems.

BPS: all units are equipped with By-Pass System (built-in by-pass valve), recirculating the water inside the pump, lowering overheating risk. Fog systems driven by BPS fog pumps do not require any drain valves to empty the pipeline so that no water is wasted on the ground.
TIME: all units supplied with digital timer allow to modulate the operation of the system, regulating the mist spray according to day–night cycles and therefore saving energy and water, obtaining an optimal ambient temperature.
SSC: System Safety Control shuts down the pump in the event of the pressure dropping below 40 bar preventing flooding caused by broken tubing. It also prevents pump from dry running. A reliable solution for 24H safe operating system
